Yes, renovations to residential and commercial investment properties that are non homestead.
How long of a loan term is available?
We offer 1, 2, and 3 year balloons, usually amortized over 15 to 20 years or an interest only option.
How much of a down payment do you require?
A minimum of 35% down is required of the purchase price or assessed market value (whichever is lower).
What fees are included?
Application, loan set up, inspection, origination, and title company closing fees may all be included in your loan.
We include a variety of fees typical of normal real estate transactions.
